To enter into a service contract with a consultancy firm (architecture, engineering, coordination, etc.) which will carry out the assignment to assist project management in designing the construction of a building complex organised within a compound on 2, 2 hectares of land comprising: an office building for approximately 60 people, with a surface area of approximately 2 000 m, a residence with a surface area of approximately 500 m, homes for officials consisting of a residence of 250 m for the Deputy Head of Delegation, 21 apartments with a surface area of approximately 120-200 m, grouped into 4 blocks, as well as a leisure centre. This complex shall accommodate expatriate staff of the Delegation of the European Union in the Republic of Niger. The project management team will need to carry out the following services: studies (building''s architecture, structure, engineering, etc.), and drafting technical specifications in order to draw up the dossier to select the companies that will carry out the construction works.
