Tender Details

1. Demolition and preparation work • Removal of plaster: approx. 360 m² (clinker brickwork, including small areas) • Demolition of masonry: approx. 1.5 m³ (window openings) and approx. 18 m (pilasters) • Dismantling steel components: approx. 20 kg • Wall connection plates: approx. 130 m • Miscellaneous: Removing foreign bodies/closing holes (200 pieces), drainage of rainwater (approx. 90 m) 2. Facade cleaning • Chemical cleaning: approx. 880 m² (including color shadow removal) • Sandstone cleaning: approx. 80 m² (wall coverings) 3. Masonry repairs & exposed brickwork • Brick replacement (individual bricks/small areas): approx. 450 pieces (full clinker, various formats/surfaces) • Repair of decorative elements: approx. 125 m of decorative bands, 50 m of rolled layers and 54 m² of decorative gables • Masonry repairs: approx. 100 m (soffits/breakouts) and 18 m (reconstruction of pilasters) • Surface finish: approx. 300 pieces.
