UNDP invites you to submit your price offer for the supply of edition and reprography of the electoral code, in accordance with the specifications described in Annex 1 of this RFQ.ue The service provider will provide: A paper proof of the document before launching the printing;ue The delivery of a batch of 3, 500 copies of the work by the publisher at UNDP headquarters (the cost of delivery being included in the financial offer);ue The works will be packaged in boxes of 10 or 20 copiesPlease indicate whether you intend to submit an offer by creating a draft response without submitting it directly to the system. This will allow the system to send notifications in case the offer requirements are changed. If you require further clarification, please contact us using the system messaging function.
