The subject of the present procedure is the selection of a telecommunications company ("TKU") per lot as a beneficiary to compensate for an profitability gap for the structure and operation of a gigab -capable broadband network (telecommunications network) with a data rate of at least 1 gigabit/s (symmetrical), in Los 1 (Molfsee) for 23 sub -supplied address points, in Los 2 (Mielkendorf) for 26 sub -supplied address points and in Los 3 (Rodenbek) for 39 subordinate address points.
The project is a promotion of profitability in the Senses of Section 3 (1) letter a of the aid law framework of the Federal Republic of Germany to support the extensive structure of gigabit networks in gray spots from 01.08.2024. This profitability gap model is based on the fact that one of the respective municipality is based on the federal government the guideline "Funding to support the gigabitaus construction of the telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany"-Gigabit directive of federal 2.0-and one from the state of Schleswig-Holstein according to the guideline on the co-financing of gigabit promotion by the federal government in Schleswig-Holstein -Gigabit cofinance guideline-granted funding and the respective municipal share on the basis of a grant contract (according to the pattern specified by the federal government) to the TKU.
