The Friedrich Schiller University Jena intends to purchase an EBSD detector for use on a refurbished Zeiss LEO 1530. The condition is that the Bruker EDX detector “XFlash 730 M” on the SEM is compatible with the software new EBSD detector, which enables simultaneous recording and evaluation of EDX and EBSD results in one software. The EBSD detector should be equipped with a standard detector head and an exchangeable detector head for on-axis TKD (Transmission Kikuchi Diffraction). The aim is to investigate different materials and transmission samples. The EBSD detector including software should meet the following conditions, see minimum requirements (Appendix 2). Note: An advance payment against a bank guarantee in the amount of the gross order value is agreed upon in consultation. The contractor submits an invoice and guarantee immediately after the contract has been awarded. The costs must be taken into account and will not be reimbursed. Requirement: Bank guarantee from a European credit institution / bank, also directly enforceable and unlimited, interest and costs included, waiving the defenses of contestability, offsetting and advance action in accordance with Sections 770, 771 BGB.
