Explanation of measures by cost group
KG 225 power supply:
The construction project will be carried out via a 20 kV ring line Rostock municipal utilities supply. Two medium-voltage lines will be led into a new transformer station and the existing line will be separated. A new NSHV supplies the new building, and existing supply lines to House B will be relocated. Reserves for later expansions are taken into account.
KG 226 Telecommunications:
The municipal utility is laying a new fiber optic feed into House B via existing routes.
KG 441 high and medium voltage systems:
equipment with Feed-in and transfer fields, measuring field and NSHV. Expansion options are provided.
KG 442 own power supply systems:
New emergency power system (630 kVA) as a concrete station parallel to the transformer station. Supply of the new building in emergency power mode.
KG 456 Hazard detection and alarm systems:
Integration of the Stations in the hospital's fire alarm system. Connection to the building management system (BMS) with corresponding data points.
KG 510 - Earthworks
Removal, storage and replacement of topsoil. Disposal of contaminated soils according to subsoil reports (50% Z 1.2).
