The property should meet the minimum requirements including office space of at least 50 Sqm, a storage room of at least 10 m², one kitchen area, two flush toilets, parking space for a minimum of 4 cars, and should have water and electricity supply. The property must also provide a minimum level of security, including appropriate metallic doors and windows, fencing, and appropriate lighting outside the building. Additional services required include 24/7 security services, maintenance of the building, daily cleaning services, garbage services, a backup generator, and dedicated space for a signpost visible from the street.
