E37 Oil Port West Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: Niedersachsen Ports) is the largest infrastructure operator of public seaports, island supply ports and regional ports on the German North Sea coast. Lower Saxony Ports stands as The owner has available area E37 in the Emden inland port area. Area E37 covers a total of approx. 2.2 hectares and is located in the Emden oil port. A sustainably oriented, commercial settlement, primarily a company, is to be built on area E37 of the port industry (e.g. transshipment companies) which provides transshipment within the meaning of PART B. 7. In order to realize such settlement(s), it may be necessary for the oil port to have a new water-side transshipment facility, such as e.g. a jetty, etc. is built and operated. Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter: Niedersachsen Ports) is the largest infrastructure operator of public seaports, island supply ports and regional ports on the German North Sea coast. The one from Emden seaport, operated by Niedersachsen Ports, is the third largest North Sea port and westernmost seaport in Germany. It is located on the north bank of the Ems approximately 38 nautical miles southeast of the river mouth on the North Sea. In principle, ships can have up to a draft from 8.50 m reach the port at any time; Depending on the tide, the maximum access draft is approx. 10.70 m.
