BARMER would like to implement an overall solution for an electronic signature. This solution must include simple electronic (EES), advanced electronic (FES) and qualified electronic signature (QES). The overall solution must meet the requirements of the eIDAS regulation (EU) 910/2014 and its associated implementing acts (e.g. (EU) 2015/1505 trust lists, (EU) 2015/1506 signature formats, (EU) 2016/650 IT security proceduresSpecially comply with EU Regulation 2016/679 GDPR.
