Expression of Interest are invited for E-Learning Courses Development and Content Conversion Application for the Corporation.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT SHOULD INCLUDE

1. The Timeline for E-Learning courses development shall be 6-8 weeks and the projected courses shall include;

i. Work ethics and values

ii. Work ethics and corporate culture

iii. Overview of Nigeria-s Macroeconomic environment and its linkage with supervision.

iv. Concept of banking supervision and prudential regulation

v. Premium assessment

vi. Performance management

vii. Other critical subjects of interest to the Corporation.

2. The courses will be SCORM compliant and compatible with NDIC current learning Management System (LMS).

3. The courses should have simple intuitive interface for both technical and non-technical staff and create user-friendly learning environment.

4. The content should have video, learning games, illustrative images, interactive graphics and simulation etc. to make learning more engaging.

5. Provision of top quality media content to support each course and ability for compatibility with other learning resources.

6. Customization for the local environment (using NDIC staff as actors to introduce courses).

7. Involvement of NDIC workforce during development and implementation of the application.

8. There shall be meticulous quality assurance of courses to ensure correctness of the course content on the platform.

SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS

Three (3) bound copies of EOI documents in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “ Expression of Interest for E-Learning Courses development and content conversion for the corporation, addressed to: Director, Procurement and management services department, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) Plot 447/448 Constitution Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja, Nigeria.
5. CLOSING DATE FOR SUBMISSION

The closing date for submission is Monday, 3rd July 2023 at 11:00am. Furthermore, each sealed envelopes should have the name and the address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box on the ground floor, reception area at the head Office building not later than 11:00am Monday, 3rd July, 2023.
Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission register on the 2nd Ground floor, with the Procurement and Management Services Department, as NDIC will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids. 6. OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENTS

The opening would hold immediately after the deadline for submission at 11:00am Monday, 3rd July, 2023 on the ground floor, visitors waiting room at the NDIC Head Office building in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
