Novafos A/S and its group-affiliated companies, cf. Tender annex regarding group-affiliated companies, establish with this tender a dynamic procurement system with the aim of ensuring a flexible and efficient procurement framework for smaller, planned excavation works within the supply area. The dynamic procurement system must be used for tasks where the contract cost does not, as a rule, exceed DKK 5 million. DKK. The tasks will typically include minor excavation work such as excavation and restoration in connection with wiring work, plug connections, well adjustments and similar activities. The tasks will be awarded by mini tender among the suppliers included in the system. The procurement system thus provides the opportunity for continuous exposure to competition, while at the same time access to a qualified and robust supplier field in terms of capacity is ensured. Category 1: Excavation work at a maximum depth of 3.5 meters and cables up to and including Ø400 mm. internal diameter. This category includes excavation works carried out as part of the establishment of smaller pumping stations.
