Gråkjær Erhverv A/S offers, as delegated developer for the Municipality of Copenhagen, a number of subcontracts in connection with the construction of a construction project containing both businesses and public housing located at Elna Munchs Plads in Vanløse. The project is being built at Elna Munch's Square, Vanløse in Copenhagen. In connection with the project, approx. 45 m2 basement mainly for technology. The ground floor consists of approx. 1200 m2 business for convenience store (Lidl) with approx. 90 m2 inserted deck and 70 m2 stair-lift room. In addition, there are waste room and bicycle parking space on the ground floor of 48 and 61 m2 respectively. The 1st - 4th floor will be used as housing, where 33 housing units will be constructed as a housing association with service facilities and staff rooms for Copenhagen Municipality's social services (SOF). The area distribution looks like this: The 1st floor will be established with 1200 m2 of housing with access to approx. 275 m2 of roof gardens and terraces.
