Public contracts awarded in DNS will be public contracts for construction works according to § 14, paragraph 3 of the ZZVZ. Specifically, the subject of public contracts will be the execution of all construction and electrical installation work (including excavation work and laying of cabling) and the related supply of cable assemblies and technology (with the exception of the acquisition of the charging station technology itself) and services necessary to carry out the mentioned works and to enable the installation of the charging station and its connection to the network, possibly also the construction of parking spaces and the complete infrastructure necessary for the implementation and operation of the charging station, all in accordance with the project documentation.

The supply of charging stations is not the subject of orders entered through DNS.

The subject of some public the order will also be the supply and installation of TS or the preparation and installation of TS, which will be delivered by the contracting authority. The subject of some public contracts may contain too roofing or construction of a similar nature in relation to the charging station.

The specific subject and technical conditions of public contracts awarded in DNS and its technical conditions will always be defined in detail in individual calls for tenders according to § 141 ZZVZ.
