The subject of the performance of a public contract, or of its individual parts, is the implementation of construction works in the following areas: a) construction or reconstruction of transport structures and other linear structures (mainly engineering networks) with an estimated value of more than 500, 000 CZK. CZK without VAT; b) construction or reconstruction of land (residential and non-residential) buildings with an estimated value of over CZK 500, 000 excluding VAT; c) minor construction and earthworks with an estimated value of up to CZK 500, 000 without VAT. Part 1: Transport structures and other linear structures (engineering networks) The subject of this part of the public contract is the construction or reconstruction of transport structures and other linear structures (mainly engineering networks) with an estimated value of over 500, 000.
