Tender Details

The construction project is a new school building to be built, which is to be classified as a building of a special type or use (special building). The building is classified as building class 5 according to building regulations. The building is considered hybrid Wooden construction planned, only the components that serve as horizontal reinforcement are planned in reinforced concrete. The wooden supporting structure is planned as a skeleton structure and the floor slabs are planned as a wooden rib construction and consist of main beams that are in Run east-west direction as well from a cross-laminated timber ceiling. There is already a school adjacent to the building plot, consisting of the main building, pavilions, cafeteria/Ottoneum and sports hall.
