Drywall Stadtwerke Achim AG is planning a new single-story building as an extension to the warehouse and workshop building at Gaswerkstraße 7 in 28832 Achim. The new building (construction phase 2) is approx. 55.60m long in a north/south orientation and has a width of approx. 12.00m. The storage area is divided into high- and heavy-duty rack storage as well as a single-level small parts warehouse. In the southern part of the building there is a technology and training room and a training workshop. The drywall work concerns interior rooms. Brackets and pre-walls are mainly to be made on sand-lime brick walls. Grid ceilings are used as suspended ceilings. Reinforcement plates for emergency lights must be made except in the training room. The training room receives a horizontal grid ceiling with inserted lights, a ceiling offset and two light shafts for smoke extraction. After the front building on Gaswerkstrasse has been dismantled, a new building end wall will be built on two floors. Here are measures for Dismantling of the drywall and production before cast-offs are to be provided. This also includes work on the existing walls. Further information is provided in the respective service specifications or plans.
