Printer Multi The subject and aim of the tender is the conclusion of a framework contract for the procurement of printing and multifunctional systems for temporary rental (rental) and associated services for delivery, installation and Commissioning and further supply of consumables from a single source, with a fixed term of 60 months. The minimum purchase quantity of the basic devices is 180. The contract term is made up of three phases: - phase 1 - Rollout of maximum 2 months - Phase 2 - Regular usage period of 60 months excluding overhang rollout/rollback - Phase 3 - rollback of a maximum of 2 months The DGUV currently uses almost 200 printers and printers at its 13 service-relevant locations Multifunctional devices, currently from six performance and functional classes, for printing black and white as well as colored documents. The devices currently in use can be divided into different performance classes, each with a specific one Cover needs.
