Driving uniforms_SNS_09/2025 Conclusion of a framework delivery agreement for the delivery of uniforms for drivers. The client's corporate purpose is the coordination of network-related tasks in local public transport (in particular revenue distribution, determination of the network tariff, subscription sales, marketing) in the interests of its shareholders and third parties, insofar as they are participants in the Saarland-wide network tariff. There is a need for the conclusion on the part of the client a framework delivery agreement for the delivery of uniforms for drivers. The framework agreement should be used via the transport companies and contracting companies organized in the saarVV (hereinafter referred to as “the customers”). At the time the contract was concluded, they employed around 1, 200 drivers. The delivery of the work clothing includes an assortment specified by the client. Furthermore, reference is made to the attached tender documents, in particular to the Appendix 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 are referred to.
