"Trenchless pipe filling (soil pressure / drilling fluid process - HDD) - TrÜbPI Altengrabow, new construction of communication network (All-IP)" The subject of the lot is trenchless construction methods for the production of pipe routing in the Altengrabow military training area. Pipe jacking work must be carried out using the soil displacement method (soil pressure/earth rocket) including starting and target pits, securing evidence/settlement control and documentation as well as horizontal flushing drilling (HDD/drilling flushing method) incl. Construction site setup/site preparation, start/finish pits, drilling and collection work, flushing management and waste disposal. The HDD cable routing is carried out in sections and must be manufactured in such a way that the energy/medium voltage routing and the IT empty pipe route must be routed separately. Injection pipes (3xDN 50) must be provided for the IT route (made pressure-tight, calibrated/testable). The potential control/earthing conductor must be carried in the ground (introduction during pullback/retraction, Exit on both sides and connection to defined grounding/potential equalization points). The work is carried out in the homogeneous areas according to the subsoil report: Earth-O (top soil), Earth-A (sands/silty sands) and Earth-B (filling/building rubble possible, selectively). Quantities / scope (lot total quantities, approx.) Soil pressures (earth rocket): 12 pieces including associated public/target pits as well as documentation and preservation of evidence/settlement control.
