Notice of invitation to tender

1. The NGO Noé conservation has received funding from the French Agency for Development to finance the construction and equipment of a borehole in the town of Tesker.
The procurement will comply with AFD eligibility rules and procedures;

2. The representative of the NGO Noé conservation, solicits closed offers from eligible bidders to carry out the work of making and equipping a borehole in the town of Tesker (electronic format possible). The execution time of the works is two (2) months.

Have an average annual turnover of the last three (3) years (2019-2018-2017), greater than or equal to the amount of its offer, calculated as follows: the total of the mandated payments received for the current contracts and / or completed during the last three (03) years or since the date of creation (for companies of less than 3 years of existence) divided by three (3) or by the number of years since the creation.

iii. Have carried out as a contractor or subcontractor, during the last five (5) years (2015-2019), at least two (2) contracts for equivalent construction work that has been satisfactorily completed, completed for the essentials (acceptance report and certificate of completion to be attached) and which are similar to the proposed work;
iv. have the essential materials and equipment for carrying out the work;
