Tender Details
The construction work to be carried out is wet dredging work (cargo suction dredger) to maintain and restore the required target depths and widths in the fairway in the tidal area of the Lower Ems from km 0.0 to 40.7 and the Leda from km 22.8 to km 24.85. The total performance includes the excavation, transport and relocation of approx. 3.5 million m³ of soil volume (surface measurement). A proportion of approximately 3.0 million m³ is to be washed onto land-based deposit areas. The remaining portion of approximately 0.6 million m³ of soil must be dumped onto the deposit areas in the Ems estuary. The majority of the dredging masses in the Ems (approx. 63%) fall on the Ems-km 0.0 - 11.0 route. The soil to be dredged in the Lower Ems and Leda consists of approx. 90% silt. Planned transfer dates of the shipyard's new buildings (dredging campaigns 1 to 3), by which the depths must be established: S724: Transfer according to the shipyard's information on March 21, 2027 S723: Transfer according to the shipyard's information on September 18th, 2027 S725: Transfer according to the shipyard's information on February 13th, 2028 A dredging campaign may be started at the earliest 15 weeks before a ship transfer. This results in the operating times as follows: The 1. The dredging campaign (Campaign 2027-1) is scheduled from the beginning of December 2026 to mid-March 2027. The dredging volume will be approximately 1, 053, 750 m³. The 2nd dredging campaign (Campaign 2027-2) is scheduled from mid-June 2027 to mid-September 2027. The Dredging volume will be approximately 1, 338, 750 m³. The 3rd dredging campaign (Campaign 2028-1) is scheduled from t...
