dRAST instrument including full service contract The subject of the procurement is the delivery, installation, commissioning and ready-to-use provision of a fully automatic system for the rapid, EUCAST-compliant determination of the Antibiotic susceptibility (RAST) from positive blood cultures including: - analyzer, - software including expert system, - full service contract, - test panels for Gram-negative and Gram-positive pathogens, - training of the user staff, 3. Minimum technical requirements 3.1 Basic function The system must: - be suitable for direct resistance testing from positive blood cultures, - provide phenotypic MIC results, - provide results within the same work shift, - a enable the analysis to be carried out fully automatically, - do not require McFarland standardization, - do not require additional sample preparation, - work without additional dyes or chemicals. 3.2 Analysis time The time from the start of the analysis to to provide a validable result must be a maximum of 6 hours. 3.3 Sample capacity The system must be able to process at least: - 12 samples at the same time, - enable continuous sample insertion (random access), - individual samples Be able to start and evaluate samples independently of each other. 3.4 Expert system The system must have an integrated expert system.
