The Carl-Thiem-Klinikum Cottbus gGmbH ("client", "AG" for short) intends to procure a digital personnel file to further modernize the digital infrastructure.
dPa - Digital personnel file
The scope of services owed by the contractor ("AN" for short) includes especially the BProvision and operation of a digital personnel file as a Software as a Service solution (SaaS) with the following modules: Document management (provided it is directly related to the personnel file, i.e. not a comprehensive document management system outside of the immediate digitalen file); Workflows within the application; and automated document generation. Furthermore, the contractor is responsible for providing and installing interfaces in and from relevant subsystems of the client (including unrestricted APIs/web services) and the potential integration into third-party providersproducts as part of a company restructuring. The scope of services owed by the contractor also includes the provision of all services that are necessary for the successful implementation of the project by the contractor.
