Fire doors The subject of the tender is the removal, professional disposal as well as the delivery and installation of fire and smoke protection doors (including T30-RS, T90-RS, smoke protection doors S) in different versions (steel and... Aluminum tubular frame glass doors) in accordance with the applicable technical rules, standards and building authority approvals. The measure will take place in an administrative building that is in ongoing use and will be implemented in 17 construction phases. The execution period is from July 2026 to August 2030 planned. Special requirements arise from the sectional execution, the limited logistical conditions and the maintenance of ongoing operations. The work includes in particular: • Dismantling of 68 existing fire and smoke protection doors • Delivery and installation of new tested and approved door systems • Professional installation of 89 doors including fittings, door closers and, if necessary, hold-open systems • Complete documentation and handover of the evidence.
