Door, window, metal construction and glazing work The planned childcare facility will include four groups. In addition to a crèche group, three mixed-age groups will be created. On the ground floor there are two group rooms with associated rooms Additional areas and sanitary facilities as well as a management office and personnel area are located. The dining room and kitchen, the exercise/multi-purpose room, storage and storage rooms are planned in the western wing. There will be an elevator in the main entrance area (15 people/1250 kg) and a staircase to access the upper floor and the attic. The upper floor is divided into a southern and northern area. In the south there are two further group rooms, differentiation and play rooms Sleeping areas. In the northern half of the upper floor, a therapeutic practice will be built in addition to a family office. Additional escape routes from the upper floor directly to the outside lead to the outside area via an arcade with an escape staircase.
