Synopsis : The objective is to document and share how Takeda's funding has contributed to advancing the health service delivery models in the program countries and beyond, as well as the impact of the long-term corporate funding on the Global Fund's approach. This includes independently analyzing and disseminating the outcomes and learnings of the Takeda–Global Fund Quality Improvement (QI) collaboration in Kenya, Nigeria, Tanzania, Angola, Ethiopia, and Somalia. The focus will be on synthesizing evidence and producing high-quality learning products—rather than conducting a large-scale evaluation—to demonstrate how QI approaches, blended learning, and pre-service education reforms have strengthened integrated HIV, TB, and malaria (HTM) service delivery and maternal–newborn health systems. Through analysis and documentation, this assignment seeks to generate substantial evidence of the Takeda partnership’s impact on driving systemic changes in health systems to tackle HIV/AIDS, TB and malaria, offering valuable insights into transformative corporate partnership and philanthropy.
