D&O excess insurance with a coverage amount of EUR 10 million each. D&O excess layer 1 The insurer provides insurance cover in the event that insured persons are injured due to a breach of duty while carrying out the insured activity is claimed for financial loss. The excess insurance policies advertised here are intended to be linked to a basic contract with a coverage amount of EUR 10 million each. Excess insurance is intended to provide insurance coverage following form to the regulations of the basic contract as well as a drop down via a corresponding excess terms and conditions. The coverage structure should look like this: Existing basic contract (D&O insurance): EUR 10 million Lot 1: EUR 10 million xs. 10 EUR million (Layer 1) Lot 2: EUR 10 million xs.
