The DLR is planning the new building of the Galileo Competence Center at the Oberpfaffenhofen location. Similar to the existing institute buildings, the range of uses is to be built up at the location and from a job offer for around 190 people and rooms with specific technical equipment, in particular with regard to indoor climatic conditions and safety requirements. In addition, a public area is planned as a communicative place for the presentation and discussion of the research results.

In particular, window strips, doors, a suggested-ventilation clothing made of titanium zinc slidings, post-bar facades, superiors vertical glass-glass PV modules including steel-ub, glass roof including sub-tensioner Primary application structure, secondary clothing level including PV glasses.
