two compulsory briefing sessions will be held on:
date: 10 december 2018.   This is the second compulsery briefing session and potential bidders, if they have not attended the first one held on 3 december 2018 will be required to attend this compulsory briefing session.
time:   12:30  
venue:   cape investor centre, 46 st georges mall cape sun corner, cape town cbd.
  
Special conditions:
1. Compliance: bidders to be registered on the western cape supplier database (status: not suspended) as well as the national treasury's central supplier database;
2. Notification: information on all proposals received will be published on the wesgro website when the tender has been concluded;
3. Please ensure that the details of the bidder, name and contact details of the contact person including e-mail address are clearly indicated on the envelopes of the proposal along with the tender name and number;
4. Please take note that there will be 2 compulsory briefing sessions.   All the detail documents required for completing the proposal will be copied onto a memory stick which will be sold at a cost of r 100 (cash only) per memory stick to potential bidders, at the briefing sdession.   Only the attendees' proposals will be considdered during the evaluation process.   The briefing session will require that an attendance register will be completed -   please also supply a business card to assist us in communicating with the attendants if needs be; and
5.   Not all the required scm tender documents has been loaded with this tender.   Please ensure that all tender compliance documents are completed in full and submitted along with the proposal.   The bee calculation for this tender will be based on the 80/20 preference points.
