District town Neunkirchen - 3rd BA Bliesterrassen in the Lübbener Platz area Planning services for structural planning in accordance with Section 51 HOAI for LPH 1 - 6. The district town of Neunkirchen is planning the third construction phase of the Bliesterrassen in the Lübbener Platz area. Essentials The aim is to connect the area around Lübbener Platz with the already completed first and second construction phases of the Bliesterrassen. This is intended to create an overall composition of the inner-city areas along the Blies and make it even more attractive of the center of the district town of Neunkirchen. The course of the river should be brought into greater focus as an essential element of the city and made more tangible. The new barrier-free design of the 3rd floor of the Bliesterrasse and the entire area requires significant elevation adjustment of the existing terrain, particularly along the Blies. The existing access to the pedestrian and cycle path on the Blies will be remodeled with gentle ramps to enable inclusive access to the Blies. Along the Blies, the footpath and cycle path will be re-asphalted, provided with a stone carpet and a guidance system for the blind will be inserted, connecting to the Bliespromenade and the Bliesterrasse 1st and 2nd BA. The existing sheet pile wall and the brick embankment between the wheel and and footpath will be partially dismantled to enable modeling of the new embankments.
