The subject of the tender is the disposal of construction rubble that comes from a dismantling project on the site of the former air base in Oldenburg-Alexandersfeld. This is an amount of approx. 2, 000 m³, separated into individual piles according to material and pollutant properties Store on a paved area (concrete) on the air base grounds. The majority of the material is classified as hazardous waste (waste code number according to the Waste Catalog Ordinance - AVV: 17 01 06* "Mixtures of or separate fractions of concrete, bricks, tiles and ceramics, which contain dangerous substances"). A subset was classified in material class RC-3 for recycled building materials in accordance with the Replacement Building Materials Ordinance (EBV) (AVV: 17 01 07).
