The state capital of Schwerin (LH Schwerin) intends to be the responsible authority in accordance with Section 3 (3) OePNVG M-V in conjunction with Sections 8, 8a PBefG and Art public passenger transport services using motor vehicles and roadwaysto issue to Nahverkehr Schwerin GmbH (Nahverkehr Schwerin GmbH, Ludwigsluster Chaussee 72, 19061 Schwerin). The object of the OeDA are all current and future road-bound public passenger transport services in the area of responsibility of the LH Schwerin. At the start of operation (s. Section II.2.7) covered transport services are described in the supplementary document (see Section VI.1 D). The intended award affects the entire urban area of the LH Schwerin. In total, the transport services to be awarded amount to around 3, 335, 519 timetables according to the current planning statusan-km per year. The OeDA refers to local public transport services within the meaning of Section 8 PBefG, regardless of the form of operation in detail (in particular scheduled services within the meaning of Sections 42, 43 PBefG, occasional services within the meaning of Sections 46 ff. PBefG and, if applicable, sother forms of operation within the meaning of Section 2 (6) or (7) PBefG).
