Planning services Planning a noise barrier along the L 143 in Dillingen/Diefflen The city of Dillingen intends to build an approximately 220 m long and approximately 3.5 m high noise barrier (LSW) along the L 143 in Dillingen/Diefflen. The net construction costs of the LSW (including clearing work, access roads, service routes, passive protection devices, traffic safety) were estimated at around €1.7 million in a feasibility study. The building permit is being created by the city of Dillingen and the measure is expected to take place to be implemented in 2027/28. After completion of the LSW, ownership will be transferred to the State Road Construction Authority as the future construction agency. The following services are required for the above measures: 1. Services in accordance with Section 43 HOAI -Engineering structures - Basic services of service phases 1-4 - Basic services of performance phases 6-9 2. Services in accordance with Section 51 HOAI - structural planning - Basic services of performance phases 2-6 3.Planning traffic safety and creating Traffic sign plans 4.Local construction supervision 5.
