Tenders are invited for Dike Recession Section and Collector Drains from the Passage of Animals from Yourmi to the Passage of Tintafarouk Animals and Related Works.

Reference: rehabilitation and extension works of Lake HORO
AOI No: 01 / CRT-2020

1. The Regional Council of Tombouctou has obtained funding from the French Development Agency ("AFD") to finance the cost of rehabilitation and extension works for Lake HORO. It is planned that part of the sums granted under this financing will be used to make the payments provided for under the Rehabilitation work of a first tranche of the flood-recession crop area in the facilities at Lake Horo.
2. The Timbuktu Regional Council requests Offers under closed cover from eligible Bidders to carry out the work in three (3) lots including:

Lot1: Dike recession section and Collector drains from the passage of animals from Yourmi to the passage of Tintafarouk animals and related works. PK0 + 000 to PK 3 + 600 of the recession dyke which distinguishes:
ü The construction of the dike of the recession crop area over a length of 3.6 km;
ü The realization of 2 DC-P2 and DC-P3P4P5 collector drains, totaling 5.42 km;
ü The realization of 2 crossing structures for the animal passages of Yourmi and Tintafarouk;
ü The realization of 2 discharge works for DC-P2 and DC-P3P4P5 collector drains.

4. Interested Bidders can obtain the complete Tender Documents in French by making a written request to the above-mentioned address against a non-refundable payment of one hundred thousand (100, 000) FCFA.
5. The Instructions to Bidders and the Administrative and General Clauses Book are those of the AFD Standard Contract Procurement Documents.
