Digitization of documents and technical drawings - conversion and scanning work for file digitization The subject of this award is the digitization of analog files for migration into the document management system (DMS) “nscale/eAkte”. The focus of the service is high-quality digitization including full-text recognition (OCR) and conversion to the long-term archiving format PDF/A-2u in order to ensure audit-proof and fully searchable infrastructure management make possible. The scope of services should cover the entire process chain: from logistical collection through professional preparation and scanning to structured data transfer and subsequent return, as well as partial certified destruction. In addition, the award includes the constructive reconstruction of technical drawings in editable CAD formats. In order to access the service, a dimensionally accurate transfer is carried out selected plans into structured DWG and DXF data as Planning basis for future Measures (BIM).
