The purpose of the procurement is to enter into an agreement on the purchase of services for digitalisation/scanning of the Porsgrunn municipality's analog measurement archive consisting of case documents and measurement letter protocols, as well as a very limited archive for sectioning cases. Digitization should facilitate the documents being searchable in an intelligent manner in their own archive part of the customer (Documaster).
