The KVBW is inviting tenders for the creation and operation of a digital care platform.

Digital care platform

The Baden-Wuerttemberg Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KVBW) wants to gradually further develop its 116117 patient service and is co-writing a digital care platform for this purposeintegrated video consultation and other additional telemedical services as an expandable, digital modular solution. This creates a technological basis for digital services for members and patients. The goal is a user-friendly integrationn of the various systems that KVBW and its 100% subsidiary, KV SiS BW Sichersicherungs-GmbH, use as part of the 116117 patient service. The supply platform should offer time- and location-independent, digital access to optimal supply services as well as the (Termin-) Optimize mediation processes for users and solve the collection and processing of data efficiently and intelligently. The subject of the order is the development, implementation and operation of the KVBW's digital supply platform as SaaS. The digital supply platform is intended to fbe advertised for a period of 8 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
