Digital assistant surgical management Sqior surgery coordination maps the entire perioperative process of a patient on the day of the surgery. This process is currently being coordinated in several systems as well as through many emails and telephone calls. For one Directed, transparent and digital communication is planned to introduce the digital assistant - sqior surgery coordination. The tool enables comprehensive control and optimization of perioperative processes from patient retrieval to the operating room until transfer back to the aftercare unit as well as an automatic, addressee-appropriate assignment of process-dependent tasks to the responsible personnel based on the current status in the treatment path. This is done through a combination realized by platform-independent mobile and server-based applications. The clinic-specific processes at Mainz University Medical Center are recorded and displayed in a real-time patient path. With this optimized communication, the networking of the Stakeholders and the dynamic visualization of the process status significantly reduce the number of ad hoc communication (e.g. phone calls). The application also offers the function of creating dynamic contact lists, which are all available on includes people involved in the patient's respective perioperative process, e.g. surgeons, anesthesiologists, functional services, nursing services, logistics and AEMP.
