The measure in question here involves construction work in a fully basement, 4-story existing building using the VGB prefabricated reinforced concrete frame construction method from 1976 - 1978.
The construction site area is located in House R and is in facade work on the inside level 1, FasCladding work on the outside of levels 1 and 2 as well as roof sealing are divided.
The external facade cladding on levels 1 and 2 will be replaced by an ETICS system. The north side is completed first, the east and west sides in some areas and then the south side as well as the east and west sidescreated.
Also part of the measure is the renovation of the roof. The total roof area is around 1, 600 m2 and is divided into several sections. The old roof covering, including gradient insulation and rainwater inlets, is removed in sections and then rebuilt in each sectionfbuilt. As part of this, emergency watering of the roof is also planned.
The construction site access for each construction phase is exclusively from the outside via a facade scaffolding with a stair tower and pull-out.
During the renovation work, maintaining the adjacent clinic operations is a priorityto ensure.
