Software licenses for the SaaS platform nCino Selection of the implementation partner Selection of partners for application management service DEG intends to procure the software license "nCino" (Lot 1), the implementation partner (Lot 2), the partner for AMS (lot 3) The subject of the award procedure is the procurement of software licenses for the SaaS platform nCino, including the associated usage rights, services and provision services. The solution is to be provided as a cloud service and must comply with applicable regulatory requirements for financial institutions. The order includes in detail: a) Provision of the software •Temporary/rental provision of the nCino platform as a fully managed SaaS service •Access to all licensed modules and functions in accordance with the requirements of the client (see in particular the diagrams with explanations contained in these terms, for lot 2) •Regular updates, maintenance and ongoing functional improvements b) User Licenses •Delivery of the defined user licenses •Staggered provision of licenses according to project phases •Right of return in favor of the client for licenses that are no longer needed at the end of the next quarter (reduction of up to 10% p.a.) c) Compliance and security •Compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, in particular Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 (DORA), BAIT Chapter. 10, MaRisk AT 9, GDPR and Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LKSG) •High availability...
