Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Development Work of Thousand (1000) Hectares of Irrigation Perimeters Agrosylvo Pastoral and Fisheries in Guinea-Bissau.
1. The Commission of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA), through the Union`s Agricultural Policy (PAU) and the Common Policy for Environmental Improvement (PCAE), supports Member States For the implementation of National Adaptation Plans for Climate Change (NAPAs).

2. The Republic of Guinea Bissau has benefited from this support for the implementation of these NAPAs. A portion of the funds made available by WAEMU will be used to make payments under the Development Work Contracts for 1000 ha of agrosylvo pastoral and fishery areas.

3. AGEOPPE the Delegated Contracting Authority, solicits bids from qualified bidders who meet the qualifications required to carry out the work on the development of one thousand (1000) hectares of agrosylvo pastoral and fishery areas in one lot :

• Lot 3: Development of 110 ha of shallows and market gardening areas as well as the rehabilitation of the access road to the site and the construction of a scupper (section 8 x 4.00 x 2.50 m) crossing over The Rio Mansôa to Mambonco. The period of execution of the work is eight (08) months

4. The Procurement will be conducted by Call for Tenders (RFP) open to all bidders from countries Eligible as defined in the Bidding Documents.

6. The qualifications requirements are:
