Development of system for infrastructure investment controlling Project cost control system BG Kliniken is planning to introduce integrated cloud solutions to control investments within the construction and real estate development department. goal is The aim is to convert the previously predominantly Excel and document-based processes into a consistent, multi-period and audit-proof system landscape. Investment management includes several planning levels - from strategic perspective planning up to 2047 through medium-term financing management (five-year periods with an outlook) to operational measures, costs and funding management. These levels have so far only been partially systemically linked. The planned solution should be this Integrate levels, create transparency and ensure compliance with binding financing frameworks.
