General Procurement Notice for Development Project of the Distribution System Electricity in the City of Bissau (PDSDE).

1) The Government of the Republic of Guinea Bissau has received from the African Development Fund (ADF) a grant of UA 6.96 million, a loan of UA 8.04 million and a loan of US $ 5.00 million. 'UC on the Transition Assistance Facility (TAF) in various currencies, to finance the Development Project of Electricity Distribution System in the city of Bissau (PDSDE).

2) The development objective of the PDSDE is to improve the electricity distribution system and increase access to electricity for the population of the city of Bissau.

Procurement methods for works, goods and services funded by the grant and loans are indicated below:

Work : The procurement of MV / LV network construction works and mobile stations will be done through Open Call for Tenders (AOO), using the Bank's Standard Procurement Documents (DTAO).
