Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Post-Harvest Loss (PHL) Manual and Comic Targeting Farmers on Milk Hygiene from Farm to Fork

The consultant will provide the following services:
I. Develop farmer training material on causes of post-harvest losses in dairy and how to prevent post-harvest losses in dairy.
II. Train Extension staff as agreed with Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock on post-harvest losses in dairy (Trainer of Trainers).
III. Develop creative, illustrative comic training material targeting smallholder farmers on milk hygiene from farm to fork that will
incorporate dairy post-harvest losses and milk hygiene from farm to fork.
IV. Develop content and design A1 posters on post-harvest loss sensitization and prevention in dairy.
V. Develop and design creative, illustrative A1 dairy management training aids, posters on heat detection, body condition scoring, calf management, construction of simple milking
parlour and calf pen.
VI. Work closely with GIZ project staff in ensuring that the material is well branded with relevant GIZ corporate designs and in line with existing project material.
VII. Translate all the developed material (except the PHL manual) from English to Tonga.
