Tenders are Invited for Development of the National Fiber Backbone, the Network Project of the National Broadband Mali Funded by the People's Republic of China, Aims to Complete in Part the National Optical Fibre Infrastructure (Bakbone). The Government of Mali Plans to Get Engaged the Consultation On "Technical Assistance for the Control and Monitoring of the Proper Implementation of the Development of a Fiber Optic Network."
Mission Statement
as Part of this Mission, the Consultant Must Provide the Following Services:
Audit Realization of Optical Fiber Projects by the Government (Optical Network Modernization Project Information and Mali Project Services Networking Administration and Mail ( E-Government and E-Mail);
Audit and Monitoring Compliance with the Approved Project Documents, the Required Specifications and Qualities, Rules of Art:
the Civil Works
Equipment and the Supplied Equipment and Materials,
from Implementation of the Project.
Control of the Work Including the Development of Shit and Procedures of the Revenues of Infrastructure Installation Work in the Context of Setting up the Network,
Performing Conformance Testing of Works and Installations, Equipment and Equipment, as Well as Performance Testing,
Support for Project Administration in the Framework of Coordination between the Contractor and the Subcontractors of the Project, the Organization and Participation in Validation Meetings and Receive Technical Different Parts of the Project. The Modalities and Schedule of Meetings with the Project Owner Will be Set by Mutual Agreement at the Beginning of the Project and Amended as and the Evolution of It.

the Service Provider Must, at Least, Have a Specialist Key Personnel in Various Fields as Indicated Below, with a Maximum of Ten (10) Experience in Control and Supervision of Works of Optical Fiber Communication Infrastructure:
a Head of Mission Who Must be a Telecom Engineer / Tic Attested by a Diploma Issued by a Recognized Institution,
a (01) Telecom Engineer Specializing in Communications Network Infrastructure;
a (01) Computer Engineer (Network Architect), Specialized Years the Design of Telecommunications Networks;
a (01) Civil Engineering Computer Engineer, Civil Engineering Works Coordinator with Experience in Telecommunications Operations;
a Folder Does Not Exceed Thirty Pages and Highlighting the Presentation of Offices, Their Tehcnique and Managerial Organization, Their References and Experience in the Field as Well as Those of Their Staff Key for the Execution of the Mission.
