Tenders are invited for Development, installation, operation and maintenance of PPP green mini-networks

The “RIMDIR” project (ADB component) aims to electrify 40 localities via the construction of 7
green mini-networks in the regions of Hodh El Chargui and Hodh El Gharbi following a PPP model
which considers a contribution of 90% subsidy and 10% provision of private funds for the
construction of infrastructure. In addition, the project includes the development of incomegenerating activities (IGA) in order to stimulate local demand and accentuate the added value of
the said project. In order to ensure the proper implementation of the program, RIMDIR also
provides Technical Assistance through Project Management Assistance (AMO) and capacity
building as well as institutional support to the PMU.
