As part of the project, a clear and generally understandable information campaign for the general public on the subject of mosquitoes is to be developed and implemented in close coordination with the clients in an iterative process. Included “Awareness raising” and “sensitization” for the topic are at the center of the campaign. At the same time, self-protection measures (“sting prevention”) and measures for breeding site management (“reproduction prevention”) should be taught. Those within the framework of the Materials developed for the project (e.g. posters, brochures, postcards) should then be made available on the UBA website for general downloading/ordering, e.g. by municipalities, associations or private individuals. Ideas for concrete implementation The campaign should also be discussed, developed and at least initiated in the project. Further technical details can be found in the service description.
