With the Bavarian Radinformation system, a new basis for the central data maintenance of cycling -relevant data in Bavaria is created with decentralized care. The sole focus here is on bicycle traffic. It should represent the leading information system for cycling in Bavaria.
The bike network Bavaria (bicycle traffic network Bavaria and Bayern network for cyclists) forms the network basis. Other networks of state, local and tourist art should complement the system in the future. The Bavaria's cycling information system is to state authorities and municipalities as information and cooperation platformsupport in digitization, planning, maintenance and visualization of the data on the cycling infrastructure and are available to the public for information purposes.
The performance includes the development, implementation and subsequent maintenance of an intuitive web application. This serves theStructured, decentralized data acquisition, data aggregation and the data exchange of cycling infrastructure data. The data is used using the linear reference and a sustainable data model. In addition, the web application should include basic processing tools, Contain efficient care processes as well as simple visualization and evaluation options for the data maintained. The access to justified people should be accessed via secure user management with different authorizations (right/role concept).
