With the request for an offer for the following hardware and specific software programming of an imaging scanner system: 1) EtherCAT master system (real-time computer with SW license) with necessary cabling, interfaces, power supply 2 absolute value encoders for the horizontal main axis 2) Software development programming for commanding/controlling the following 3 motors/motor controllers 1 piece motor Maxon DT50S with 3 channel encoder and controller EPOS42 pieces motors with synchronous running, Nanotec DB43, gearbox GP42, 3 channel encoder, controller C5-E-1-21Programming of the command transformation from higher-level control PC to EthercatMaster in controller commanding (reference travel, position travel, travel with specific speed) implementation of the necessary Interfaces 3) Commissioning/testing of the engine system in the factory (FAT) 4) Delivery of DAP to DLR 82234 Weßling, 5) System presentation and acceptance with test run at DLR (SAT) Description of the system: At DLR-HR, a mechanical scanner system was used to generate Illustrations developed and constructed in the microwave range. The above-mentioned motors were purchased and installed to drive the two rotary movements. The motor in b) is a direct drive for rotating a cylinder at 3500 rpm around the main vertical axis. The Both motors in c) must run absolutely synchronously at 3000 rpm and generate a rocking movement of the scanner system around its horizontal main axis via their eccentric connecting rods (eccentric wheel speed: 65 rpm). The scanner system is controlled via an existing control PC operated, which controls and collects data from the scanner's measuring sensors as well as commanding simple movement commands for the motors. These movement commands should be transmitted to the real-time computer and in which EtherCAT master system (see point 1)) can be transformed into a suitable command for the motor controller. The complete control of the motors should be carried out by the EtherCAT ma...
