1) The subject of the order is the design and execution of construction works for the task: Development of distributed energy in the Oarowice Commune, including the construction of two heat pump installations with a capacity of min. each. 130 kW, for the following facilities:a) Primary School in Zendek;b) Branch of the Library and Cultural Center of the Oarowice Commune and Kindergarten in Oarowice.2) The subject of the order and the conditions of its implementation are specified in detail:a) Functional and utility program;b) Designed provisions of the contract.3) If the procurement documents indicate trademarks, patents, origins, sources or specific processes that characterize products, materials, solutions or services provided by a specific contractor, manufacturer, or standards and other references, referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 or section 3 of the Act, they should be treated as examples, and the Ordering Party allows offering equivalent materials or solutions.
